OUR STORY
Total Image Hair Salon has been serving the Oakville area since we opened our doors in Oakville Place Mall in 1981. Our highly trained and certified stylists provide to our clients a luxurious experience with high end cutting, colouring and styling techniques and services. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and strive to deliver nothing but the best quality of work, all the while maintaining affordability for families.

Store Policy's
Product Return Policy:

1 week refund/return policy with product receipt of purchase.

Product must not be damaged or have excess amount used in the case of a bottle of shampoo or conditioner.

All items with product must be present. (for example box and all pieces in regards to appliances)
Product Exchange Policy:

If product is not valid for a return then an exchange might will be available for up to 2 weeks from purchase.

Exchange can be a straight swap for products of the same value or the value of the product can be taken off the total of an item of larger value.

Exchanges are a 1 time transaction. Exchanged items cannot be returned or be exchanged again for another item.

Like returns, all products must not be damaged and all items of product must be intact.

A product receipt must be present for an exchange of any kind. No exceptions.
Service Fix Policy:

If a client is un happy or has concerns about any service they must bring it to the salons attention and come in for a consultation within a week of original service.

A fix cannot be guaranteed over the phone

A fix of a service can only take place if these procedures are followed:

The client brings it to the attention of the salon within a week of original service.

The client re-consults the stylist who originally did their hair.
-
The fix must be okayed by Total Image management.

A chemical release form is filled out by the client.
-

If a chemical release form was filled out prior to the original appointment and the client did not follow stylist concerns then a fix cannot be done.

If the client would like any additional service done during or after the fix then that will be considered a new service and will be charged. (For example if the client wants their hair blow-dried or styled after a fix appointment)
